Clay Speer grew up playing baseball and football but discovered his passion for soccer when his children began playing. His journey into coaching started with a desire to support his kids and quickly evolved into a genuine love for the sport and youth development.

Clay has been a part of Cullman United for three years and is entering his second year as a coach. He is passionate about helping young players grow, not only as athletes but also as individuals, and strives to create a positive and encouraging environment for his teams.
